This apartment in the L'Escalier building is located on the fourth floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and a balcony with a private built-in braai.
There are two 3/4 bunker-beds, a double bed and a queen bed in this unit. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry purposes, a tv with a DSTV connection (please bring your own decoder and smart card), a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is also equipped with all the basic necessities such as cutlery, crockery and cookware. For the hot days there are also 2 air conditioning units installed.
The balcony has a 180 degree view of the ocean and the waves are a mere ±100metres from the apartment.
Please remember to bring your own towels. All other linnen is provided.

RESERVATION POLICY
Deposit: 50% of total payable at time of booking.
Remaining 50% + R800 key deposit to be paid 14 days prior to check-in.
Key deposit is refundable 3 days after departure, if no damage to property.
Monthly payments accepted if arranged in writing prior to booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival date: 25% of deposit is refundable
Cancellation 1 week before arrival date: 0% of deposit refundable
Once final payment has been received, it becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations and changes to booking must be made in writing.
